Privacy policy

NonRevMe is an independent resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, airport, or company.
What we collect
- Account: your email address (to sign you in with a code) and the profile details you choose to add, like display name, home airport, airline, priority and time zone.
- What you post: Crew Room messages, tips, stuck stories, comments, ratings, place suggestions and reports. These are visible to other members.
- Trips and flight reports: trips are private to you. Flight clearance reports are shared anonymously (never with your name) unless you choose to keep them private.
- Location: only when you tap "Near me" or similar. It's used on your device to sort results and is not stored.
- Employee badge: if you verify a work email, we send one code to it and keep only the email's domain and the fact you were verified. We never store the work address.
- Notifications: if you turn on phone notifications, we store your device's push address to send them.
Ads, affiliates and payments
Free members may see ads, including from Google AdSense, which may use cookies to show relevant ads. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Affiliate partners may know you arrived from NonRevMe when you click their links. Pro payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Who we share with
Service providers that run the app: Supabase (database and sign-in), our email provider, Stripe (payments), AeroDataBox (flight data lookups, without your identity), and Google (ads). We don't sell your personal information and we never share it with airlines or employers.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete your posts and trips, turn off reminders and notifications, and ask us to delete your account and data by contacting us.
